Fees afternoon classes

     FEES 2020 

     The afternoon college is suitable for:

    NSC EXAMS WRITTEN IN NOVEMBER 2020

    • FOR STUDENTS WHO WISH TO REWRITE MATRIC SUBJECTS THEY WROTE FROM 2008 to 2019

      NOTE: If you require more than 4 subjects we recommend you study full time or complete your studies over 2 years.
      Choose 1 option - either Cash OR Debit Order OR Cash Monthly from below

    • 1. CASH (Includes the registration fee). The cash fee must be settled in full by 29.02.20 in order to qualify for this discounted rate.

    • 2. DEBIT ORDER A registration fee PLUS  10 monthly payments  by debit  order:

    1 subject R  1180 registration fee + R  560 pm x 10 months
    2 subjects R 1780 registration fee + R 850 pm x 10 months
    3 subjects R 2380 registration fee + R 1130 pm x 10 months
    4 subjects R 2980 registration fee + R 1420 pm x 10 months

    Debit order forms are available at the school and any parent who has a bank account can pay the school fees using this method. You may choose between the 15th, 25th or 31st day of the month to have the debit order run.
    Please note that this discount does not apply to stop orders.

    • 3. CASH MONTHLY  A registration fee PLUS 10 monthly payments are paid by bank card or deposited into our bank account every month:
      1 subject   R 1180 registration fee + R    590 pm x 10 months
      2 subjects R 1780 registration fee + R   890 pm x 10 months
      3 subjects R 2380 registration fee + R   1190 pm x 10 months
      4 subjects R 2980 registration fee + R 1490 pm x 10 months

      DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

    The pupil must return the completed registration form for afternoon students to our office and once accepted may pay the registration fee above with a debit (bank) card or you will be given a deposit slip to deposit the registration fee into our bank account or alternatively you may make an EFT. Please note that your final registration will not be confirmed until you return the proof of payment/deposit slip to our office. The registration form must include the following documents:
    • Grade 12 repeater – The ORIGINAL statement of results for grade 12. If you have repeated grade 12 more than once, then we require ALL your statement of results.
    + The student’s Identity Book (or Birth Certificate if ID not issued).
    + A copy of the Identity Book of the person responsible for the school fees. (not required for full cash payments)

    • ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - FAILURE TO ATTEND CLASSES DOES NOT REDUCE THE LIABILITY TO PAY FEES
    • SCHOOL FEES ARE PAYABLE EVERY MONTH INCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIODS
    • SCHOOL FEES DO NOT INCLUDE TEXTBOOKS OR STATIONERY AS PER THE LIST
    • 3 MONTHS PAID NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL CONTRACT
